Starters

ONION BHAJIS

Marinated finely chopped onions dresses with coriander leaved and carom seeds which forms an affectionate bond with gram flour and spices. This whole process makes onions bhajis crispy and tasty once fried. Served with Dalvi’s homemade mint/ coriander chutney Suitable for vegan

PANEER TIKKA

Paneer tikka is an immensely popular and much loved north Indian Starter served in Indian restaurant. Cubes of paneer are marinated in handpicked spices and yogurt along with diced onions and peppers and then grilled. Served with Dalvi’s homemade mint/ coriander chutney (Allergens : Dairy)

Chicken pakoras

An immensely popular dish from Indian subcontinent. Maturely marinated chicken immersed in magical mixture, to lock tenderness and juicy flavours. These chicken pakoras will be served with mint coriander chutney.

HIGHWAY DHABA CHICKEN

A rustic roadside recipe, established its very own existence at roadside eateries on much demand from busy truck drivers which always have been influenced by local and Punjabi cuisine. Marinated tender chicken and drumsticks cooked in a mixture of aromatic spices, herbs, onions and tomatoes. (Allergens : Dairy and nuts)

DALVI’S DAAL MAKAHNI

A very popular Punjabi dish. A creamy and buttery combination of red kidney beans and lentils slow cooked in a low heat to get that flavour.
