Mouth- watering and flavoursome appetizer. Marinated, poked and pared potatoes showered in homemade divine mixture of herbs, spices and thereafter delicately skewered in tandoor. Served hot on the bed of salad with Dalvi’s homemade mint/ coriander chutney

PANEER 65 TOPPED WITH EXOTIC JALAPENO

An extremely popular south Indian vegetarian appetizer made from crispy fried paneer (Indian cheese). This paneer dish will be served with creamy and exotic jalapeno and Dalvi’s homemade apple chutney.

CHICKEN PAKORAS

An immensely popular dish from Indian subcontinent. Maturely marinated chicken immersed in magical mixture, to lock tenderness and juicy flavours. These chicken pakoras will be served with sweet chilli jam.

HIGHWAY DHABA CHICKEN

A rustic roadside recipe, established its very own existence at roadside eateries on much demand from busy truck drivers which always have been influenced by local and Punjabi cuisine. Marinated tender chicken and drumsticks cooked in a mixture of aromatic spices, herbs, onions and tomatos. This will be served with Rice of your choice, bread of your choice, Dalvi’s daal, far- far crackers and raita.

KERALA CHICKEN

A simple and delicious dish made by simmering chicken in fresh ground Kerala spices and coconut milk. This will be served with Rice of your choice, choice of bread , Dalvi’s daal, far- far crackers and raita.

KOLHAPURI VEG

An aromatic and acclaimed blend of flavours derived from specially roasted chillies and spices gains its uniqueness from Kolhapuri recipe. This unique and ancient recipe comes from central west coast of India. This veg curry will be served with Rice of your choice, bread of your choice, Dalvi’s Daal, far- far crackers and Raita.

NAN’S POTATO CURRY

Potato- a super star in every household whether it’s my nan’s place or every household in the UK or rest of the world. Though she is far away with angels, she lives through her recipes. A simple yet truly mouth- watering vegetarian dish where potatoes are cooked with onions, tomatoes and a gorgeous mixture of aromatic spices. This delicate rich curry dish will be served with bread of your choice, rice of your choice, Dalvi’s daal and raita.
