Dalvi’s healthy meals are different as we provide these key foods with flavours. We use spices and herbs which are very beneficial for your body.
These herbs and spices are seen to not only lend flavours to bland meals, but also have a profound impact on human health because they affect many of the body’s metabolic processes and some of the spices I use in these meals work as a natural antibiotic.

As a personal chef my approach to healthy eating is to provide clean and fresh food (No preservatives and additives).
I provide complete meals to my clients. As you may know, we need three main food types
1) Carbs – To fuel energy
2) Protein – To build & repair muscle
3) Fats – To give your body energy & support cell growth
